He also had the ability to write because he read a lot. He then left home and moved to Philadelphia due to depression with his brother. There he became involved in the printing industry and started his own printing company. Wrote a lot in American magazines. His fame began to spread across the country. In 1720 Franklin bought the Pennsylvania Gazette and accepted responsibility for it. Four years later he started a magazine called Poor Richard's Almanack. It was this magazine, which came out in a very different style that brought him wealth and great fame.

He made innovations in the printing industry and was eager to invent something new. He invented a stove that could provide much heat with less fuel. He also started making and selling them. He said that if crops are artificially fertilized, they will thrive. Although initially ignored, the world slowly understood the truth behind it.
