Tateos Artemjevich Agekian was born on May 12, 1913, in Padum, Armenia. After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1938, Bully worked as a teacher. After a few years, he has been studying for a while. However, he could not continue the Great Patriotic War. He participated in the role of an infantryman. After relocating, he continued his work in the Department of Aeronautics at the University of Illinois. He holds a Master's Degree in Physics and Mathematics in 1947. He holds a doctorate in physics and mathematics in 1960. Later, he became a professor. Most recently, he was Head of the Department of Aerospace and Milky Way at the Institute of Internal Astronomy at the University of St. Petersburg.
