After October 15, schools, colleges and educational institutions can be decided by the state governments - Central government.

Theaters, including swimming pools and amusement parks for athletes' training, are set to reopen from October 15. Theaters are only allowed to operate with 50 per cent seats. From October 5, hotels, including pubs, will be allowed to operate with 50 percent of the seats.

It has been reported that the state governments can decide on the opening of schools, colleges and educational institutions after October 15 after consulting the parents. The general freeze will be strictly followed until October 31 in restricted areas.
