Jean-Baptiste le Rond d'Alembert
was born on November 16, 1717 in Paris. He received his education at a private
school. He then studied philosophy, law, and the arts at the College of Collie
Mazar, graduating in 1735 with a bachelorette degree. He graduated as an Advocate
in 1738 after studying law for 2 years.
